more Shared Reading


Why more shared reading? Because you can never do it enough! I literally did it EVERY day with my students. Whole group, small group, one on one, shared reading is the quickest, most effective way to get kids up and reading and then to push them to the next reading level.

Here's a video of me modeling shared reading. Again, I wrote this simple text (A level) in hopes of getting students into A/B books quickly. Because I wrote it, I'm able to make copies for every child. These are books kids can read independently and even take a copy home!
